Our Heart

“And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of [buildings that have laid waste for] many generations; and you shall be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.” - Isaiah 58:12

Teachings

Tabernacle (Slavery to Sonship):

“He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers [a reconciliation produced by repentance], so that I will not come and strike the land with a curse [of complete destruction].” - Malachi 4:6

God is turning back the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the children’s hearts to the Father in this hour. This will happen until the second coming of the Lord.

“For [even the whole] creation (in all nature) waits unexpectedly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made know [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their Sonship].” - Romans 8:19

In this course, Carol Kacmarcik uses the spiritual visual of the Tabernacle of Moses (Exodus 25-40) as a vehicle to help students understand the spirit of Sonship.

In the Old Testament, the Tabernacle of Moses was used as a pattern and order for worship that the Israelites might come to know God and be a people who reveal Him to the world. The pattern for Israel is a model for all of us. After we have been delivered from the Kingdom of darkness (a picture of Egypt) to the Kingdom of the Son of His love, it is in the sanctuary of His presence that we are reconciled back to know Him as Father and receive the blessed life of Sonship. Just as God said in Exodus 4:22-23, “And you shall say to Pharaoh, thus says the Lord, Israel is My son, even My first born. And I say to you, let My son (Israel) go, that he may serve Me; and if you refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay your son, your first born.”

Only a son can reveal a Father.

“No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known]. - John 1:18

“All things have been handed over to me, by My Father, and no one fully knows and accurately understand the Son except the Father, and no one fully knows and accurately understand the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son [deliberately] wills to reveal Him.” - Matthew 11:27

The Father wanted His family back so He sent His Son, Jesus, to get many sons.

“For it was an act worthy [of God] and fitting [to the divine nature] that He, for Whose sake and by Whom all things have their existence, in bringing many sons into glory, should make the Pioneer of their salvation perfect [should bring to maturity the human experience necessary to be perfectly equipped for His office as High Priest] through suffering,” - Hebrews 2:10

After the Israelites were delivered out of Egypt and came across the Red Sea, God brought them into the Sinai Peninsula to the base of Mount Sinai. It was there that covenant was established between Yahweh and His people. It was in this setting that God commanded Moses: “Let them make Me a sanctuary that I may dwell in their midst.” – Exodus 25:8 “There I will meet with you and, from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are upon the ark of the Testimony, I will speak intimately with you of all which I will give you in commandment to the Israelites.” – Exodus 25:22

This sanctuary structure and the dwelling of the tribes around it were set in the form of a compass. Learning to use a compass to find your way in a new setting is called orienteering. This comes from the same root word as the word orientation. So the Tabernacle was literally spiritual orientation to help the Israelites learn a new direction. This new direction was to walk with the Father as sons instead of slaves. The Tabernacle truly was a structure to reveal to the Priesthood the blessed life of Sonship. “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.” – Romans 8:14

Identity:

Genesis 1:27-28: “So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.28 And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.”

Identity is who you are according to what God says in His Word. Identity is restored to you through blessing. Blessing is the impartation of your true identity and destiny through actions, words, and touch. Identity is the horse that pulls your cart of destiny.

Destiny:

Philippians 3:12- “Not that I have now attained [this ideal], or have already been made perfect, but I press on to lay hold of (grasp) and make my own, that for which Christ Jesus (the Messiah) has laid hold of me and made me His own.”

If you don’t know who you are (identity), then you won’t know where you are going (destiny).

Generational Blessing:

Hebrews 5:5- “So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him: “You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.”

As the son of God, he was appointed high priest. This opens us up to the true nature and character of the priesthood. SONSHIP. The priesthood is rooted in father-son relationship. The work of the priesthood is to reveal and communicate the blessed life of being a son to a father in the administration of the Father’s house (Tabernacle). Sons were to be living tabernacles of the reality of a loving Father and His kingdom. God designed family to be the context of generational blessing- Acts 3:25- “You are the descendants (sons) of the prophets and the heirs of the covenant which God made and gave to your forefathers, saying to Abraham, And in your Seed (Heir) shall all the families of the earth be blessed and benefited.”

“The secret things belong unto the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all of the words of this law.” – Deuteronomy 29:29

The revelation that we have of God’s Word and God is our inheritance and our children’s inheritance. We are committed to the generational blessing.
